Thanks for posting. You should consider using colors/textures/images from your extensive site visits instead of the blues and greens in the images above. Your project seems to be about plugging in and amplifying what is already there, but there is little sense of 'there' in your representation. Perhaps more photo collaging is in order.
Think back to the Supersudaca projects you saw in Praxis #10. The comic graphics were chosen to evoke storytelling. Your project can react to the context by providing context, but communicate what it is you are reacting to.
Regarding content: 1) Describe the motivation for residential and the form it would have to take. In section, the area you have designated for residential seems small and often inconvenient.
2) What does 'green' mean?
3) Extend the sections further away on both sides and indicate the existing programs that you are not altering. For the plan, all four directions.
It's hard to argue against your scheme without hearing the conditions that you are reacting to. Also, its time to show some massing and circulation diagrams to help us understand why some program is lifted of the ground, etc.
